No professional photo needed. A clear, recent photo with your child’s face fully visible is enough. A selfie or holiday snap works perfectly. We’ll explain the exact requirements when you place your order.

To ensure quick production, the full book cannot be previewed before printing. However, before placing your order, you can see a personalised preview of several pages, with your child’s face included in the story. Our team checks every book by hand to make sure it meets our specifications.

Our books are designed for children aged 2 to 12. Each story is tailored to this age group, with simple text and rich illustrations that captivate children and grown-ups alike.

Absolutely. Your photo is only used to create the book. It is never shared or sold on. In line with the GDPR, all photos are deleted from our servers once the book has been printed.

We offer several delivery options to suit your needs: standard, priority or express.
 Delivery usually takes between 3 and 10 working days, depending on the option chosen, the book format and the delivery country. The estimated delivery time is always clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

If the book doesn’t meet the expected quality or arrives damaged, we’ll reprint it and send it to you free of charge. Contact us with a photo of your order and we’ll take care of the rest.
