If the order has not yet been sent to production or dispatched, we can try to change the address. Once the book has been passed to the printer or courier, changes may no longer be possible.

Contact us with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the parcel or damaged book. We will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution: a reprint, resending the order or another form of assistance, depending on the circumstances.

Yes, this is possible in some cases, particularly if you order several books in different formats or with different production times.

If your order is split into several shipments, you will receive the available information for each shipment.

As every Sparkid book is created especially for a child, with their first name, photo and sometimes a dedication, it cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

However, if your book arrives damaged, has a printing defect or does not match your order, contact us: we will find a solution.

You can contact us if:

• The book arrived damaged
• The parcel was damaged in transit
• There is a visible printing defect
• You received the wrong book
• We made an error
• The parcel appears to be lost

In these cases, we may offer a reprint, resend the order or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

If a refund is approved, it is usually processed within 5 to 10 working days of confirmation.

Once the book has been sent to production, changes are no longer possible, as it is printed especially for you.
