Consent to SMS messages is strictly separate from your consent to email marketing and is never a requirement for making a purchase.
- How abandoned basket reminders work: Our shop uses cookies and trackers to track the items you place in your basket. If you have opted in to SMS marketing, this browsing data allows us to send you personalised reminders if you have not completed your order.
- How to unsubscribe: You can unsubscribe at any time without any charge from our shop:
- By simply replying STOP to any SMS message received.
- By clicking the unsubscribe (opt-out) link included at the end of each message. Once you have sent the keyword “STOP”, you will receive a final message confirming that you have unsubscribed, after which you will no longer receive marketing SMS messages unless you voluntarily choose to sign up again.
