Delivery usually takes between 4 and 12 working days, depending on the option you choose, the book format and the delivery country. The estimated delivery time is always clearly shown before you confirm your order.

Every Sparkid book is carefully printed to order in a square format (19×19 or 20×20 cm), ideal for children and large illustrations. Each book contains 36 pages of illustrations.
You can choose the edition that suits your gift: paperback, hardback or a premium version with lay-flat binding and tear-proof paper. The story stays the same; only the finish changes.

The Friendly Ghost takes your child to the village square on Halloween evening, surrounded by pumpkins, lanterns and accordion music. Alongside Zélie, Malo and Suzon, your child meets Gaspard, a shy little ghost.
When the children run away at the sight of Gaspard, your child must keep their promise: to get him dancing before the last lantern goes out. A disguise, funny faces… nothing works. As the story unfolds, your child realises that Gaspard does not need to change, and shows what a kind heart they have.

There’s no need for a professional photo. A recent, clear photo with your child’s face fully visible is all you need. A selfie or a holiday snap works perfectly. We’ll give you the exact requirements when you order.
To ensure a quick production turnaround, the full book cannot be previewed before printing. However, you can see a personalised preview of several pages with your child’s face included in the story before you place your order. Our team checks each book by hand to make sure it meets our specifications.
Our books are designed for children aged 2 to 10. Each story is tailored to this age group, with simple text and rich illustrations that captivate children and grown-ups alike.
Absolutely. Your photo is only used to create the book. It is never shared or sold on. In accordance with GDPR, all photos are deleted from our servers once the book has been printed.
